Because our products are delivered electronically and become immediately accessible after purchase, our refund policy differs from that of physical goods.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we are generally unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right to cancel or return the digital product once delivery has begun.

Exceptions

A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.

  • The digital product was not delivered due to a verified technical issue that cannot be resolved.

  • The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

  • You accidentally purchased the same digital product more than once.

Refund requests are reviewed individually, and approval is at the sole discretion of InfinityDigiPress.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Changing your mind after purchase.

  • Purchasing the wrong product.

  • No longer wanting or needing the product.

  • Incompatibility with your software or device when system requirements were clearly stated.

  • Failure to read the product description before purchasing.

  • Lack of knowledge about how to use downloadable or printable files.
